SEAM 485 AND SEAM 500 WAVES

Seam 485 and Seam 500 waves, large wave heights of 66mm and 55mm respectively help drain water quickly and prevent overﬂow well. The corrugated iron sheets are bonded together by edge edging with 360-degree technology, using a specialized machine to form a strong bond membrane that is windproof and anti-cyclone. This roof system is used in large-scale industrial and commercial projects, especially for roof projects with large apertures. Due to the high wave height, the minimum slope of the roof can be only 2%.

KLIPLOCK 970 WAVE

Wave Kliplock 970 is a type of corrugated iron roofng sheet connected to purlins through high-strength clamps. There are no screws on the surface of the corrugated iron sheet, so it prevents water leakage caused by oxidation at the location of the screws, as well as deformation and expansion of the roof sheet due to weather inﬂuences. With a positive wave height of 41mm and wide gutters, Wave Kliplock 970 has good draninage ability and prevent overﬂow, making it suitable for factory buildings with large roof areas with low tilt. The ability to span spans is much better than industrial corrugated iron. Purlin steps are large, saving purlin costs.

INDUSTIAL ROOF

Industrial waves are suitable for industrial projects. Beautiful design, improved auxiliary waves between two legs help increase stiffness to be able to overcome large spans. Wider distance between waves helps drain water quickly when there is heavy rain. The wave height is 31mm and 24mm, with anti-capillarity slots to ensure the best leak resistance for industrial projects.

RESIDENTIAL ROOF

This type of wave has a low wave height, uniform wavelength, and elegant design, making it suitable for ceiling and wall panels. It is used widely in residential projects. When used as roofng, the length of the corrugated iron sheet should be no more than 15m. Due to the low wave height, the anti-overﬂow ability is low.
