Wave Kliplock 970 is a type of corrugated iron roofng sheet connected to purlins through high-strength clamps. There are no screws on the surface of the corrugated iron sheet, so it prevents water leakage caused by oxidation at the location of the screws, as well as deformation and expansion of the roof sheet due to weather influences. With a positive wave height of 41mm and wide gutters, Wave Kliplock 970 has good draninage ability and prevent overflow, making it suitable for factory buildings with large roof areas with low tilt. The ability to span spans is much better than industrial corrugated iron. Purlin steps are large, saving purlin costs.
Kliplock clamp

The clamps are embedded in the purlins. They have sturdy straps (G550) with a thickness of 0.60mm to 1.2mm, supporting the roofng sheet’s grip and prevent the roof from being blown off by strong winds and thunderstorms
